Data use boundary

The prompt words, drafts, uploaded materials, brand requirements, sharing settings and collaboration roles entered by the user will be used to generate content and reports on this site. Uploaded files may contain business plans, internal materials or personal information. Users should confirm their rights to use and delete unnecessary sensitive content before uploading. Default to data minimization: do not collect unnecessary personal information; retain uploaded file bodies only as needed for the project; define deletion behavior for prompts, generated content, files, shares, and audit summaries. Audit summaries should be server-generated, access-controlled, and minimized/de-identified where possible while retaining necessary security metadata.; Before public/site-shared access or export, require user confirmation that facts, copyright, brand rules, personal data, and confidential content have been reviewed.; Never expose API keys, system prompts, raw sensitive model logs, or cross-workspace data in frontend bundles, errors, exports, share links, or audit views.

Project data, generation records, professional packaging reports, and collaborative audit events are retained by default until the user deletes the project; after deletion, only the necessary security audit summary is retained, and the body of the uploaded file is not included.

IdeaDeck AI generates demos, documents, draft web pages, and draft social content that may contain incomplete, overgeneralized, or unsubstantiated information. Users should manually check facts, copyright, brand norms and sensitive content before publishing, business reporting or team decisions.

Rollback only refers to undoing report version generation, sharing link status, collaboration role configuration or workflow stage within this site; this product is not connected to external production systems, so it does not and cannot roll back external presentation software, enterprise collaboration tools, payment systems or other third-party systems.
